Amend CSSB 545 (Senate committee printing) in Section 2 of 
the bill, proposed Subsection (b), Section 39.9156, Utilities Code, 
as follows:
	(1)  Strike "Not later than September 1, 2015" (page 3, line 
37) and substitute "Beginning not later than September 1, 2012".
	(2)  Between "must report" and "to the state" (page 3, line 
39) insert "annually".
