Amend CSSB 643 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  In SECTION 12 of the bill, in added Section 555.002(b), 
Health and Safety Code (page 5, line 48), strike "; or".
	(2)  In SECTION 12 of the bill, in added Section 555.002(b), 
Health and Safety Code (page 5, line 53), between "(c)" and the 
period insert the following:

; or                                                                   
		(3)  was committed to or transferred to a state 
developmental center and has at any time been committed for 
outpatient treatment and supervision as a sexually violent predator 
under Chapter 841
