Amend CSSB 643 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  In SECTION 12 of the bill, in added Section 555.024(c), 
Health and Safety Code (page 8, line 23) strike "meals; and" and 
substitute "meals;".
	(2)  In SECTION 12 of the bill, in added Section 555.024(c), 
Health and Safety Code (page 8, line 24) between "plans" and the 
period insert the following:

		(15)  Home and Community-based Services (HCS), 
including the principles of community inclusion and participation 
and the community living options information process
