Amend CSSB 643 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 12 of 
the bill, in added Section 555.026(b), Health and Safety Code (page 
8, line 55) after "Center." by inserting the following:


To ensure consistency across mortality review systems, a review 
under this section must collect information consistent with the 
information required to be collected by any other independent 
mortality review process established specifically for persons with 
mental retardation.
