Amend SB 669 (Senate committee report), in SECTION 1 of the 
bill, in added Section 7.111(c), Education Code (page 1, lines 13 
and 14), by striking "The board by rule shall provide for the 
administration of high school equivalency examinations through 
online testing." and substituting "If the national entity that 
develops and delivers high school equivalency examinations 
authorizes online testing, the board by rule shall provide for 
administration of the examinations online."
