Amend CSSB 681 (Senate committee printing), in SECTION 1 of 
the bill, in proposed Sec. 38.073(a), Utilities Code, as follows:
	(1)  On page 1, line 19, after "exempt wholesale generator," 
insert "or";
	(2)  On page 1, line 20, strike ", or retail electric 
provider";      
	(3)  On page 1, line 21, between "owned utility," and 
"electric" insert "or"; and
	(4)  On page 1, line 22, strike ", or retail electric 
provider".
