	Amend SB 704 (house committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the 
bill, by striking proposed Section 2158.403, Government Code (page 
2, lines 13 through 20), and substituting the following:
	Sec. 2158.403.  CONFIDENTIALITY.  The information received 
by a state agency under this subchapter may not be disclosed to a 
person outside of the state agency or its agents.
