Amend CSSB 725 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  On page 1, line 17 strike "and abolishment".                              
	(2)  On page 1, strike lines 35 through 41 and insert "is 
subject to review for the purposes of Chapter 325, Government Code, 
but may not be abolished under that chapter.  The review shall be 
conducted as if the authority were scheduled to be abolished 
September 1, 2013."
	(3)  On page 1, line 45 strike "Section 325.025,".                             
	(4)  On page 1, strike lines 46 through 51 and insert "review 
for the purposes of Chapter 325, Government Code, but may not be 
abolished under that chapter.  The review shall be conducted as if 
the authority were scheduled to be abolished September 1, 2015."
	(5)  On page 1, strike lines 56-62 and insert "is subject to 
review for the purposes of Chapter 325, Government Code, but may not 
be abolished under that chapter.  The review shall be conducted as 
if the authority were scheduled to be abolished September 1, 2011."
	(6)  On page 2, line 3 strike "Section 325.025,".                              
	(7)  On page 2, strike lines 4 through 9 and insert "review 
for the purposes of Chapter 325, Government Code, but may not be 
abolished under that chapter.  The review shall be conducted as if 
the authority were scheduled to be abolished September 1, 2013."
	(8)  On page 2, line 13 strike "Section 325.025,".                             
	(9)  On page 2, strike lines 14 through 19 and insert "review 
for the purposes of Chapter 325, Government Code, but may not be 
abolished under that chapter.  The review shall be conducted as if 
the authority were scheduled to be abolished September 1, 2015."
	(10)  On page 2, line 23 strike "Section 325.025,".                            
	(11)  On page 2, strike lines 24-29 and insert "review for 
the purposes of Chapter 325, Government Code, but may not be 
abolished under that chapter.  The review shall be conducted as if 
the authority were scheduled to be abolished September 1, 2011."
