Amend CSSB 725 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 325.025(b), 
Government Code, strike Subdivisions (4) through (6) (page 1, lines 
23-25) and substitute the following:
		(4)  San Jacinto River Authority; and                                  
		(5)  Trinity River Authority of Texas.                                 
	(2)  Strike SECTION 5 of the bill relating to the Lower 
Neches Valley Authority (page 1, line 63, through page 2, line 9) 
and renumber subsequent SECTIONS accordingly.
