Amend CSSB 725 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 325.025(b), 
Government Code, after the semicolon at the end of Subdivision (4) 
(page 1, line 23), insert "and".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 325.025(b), 
Government Code, in Subdivisions (5) and (6) (page 1, lines 24 and 
25), strike "San Jacinto River Authority; and
		(6)".                                                                  
	(3)  Strike SECTION 6 of the bill relating to the San Jacinto 
River Authority (page 2, lines 10-19) and renumber subsequent 
SECTIONS accordingly.
