Amend SB 727 (house committee printing) as follows:                          
	(1)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in added Section 54.0409, 
Family Code (page 2, lines 10-17), strike Subsection (a) and 
substitute the following:
	(a)  This section applies only to conduct constituting the 
commission of a felony under Title V, Penal Code.
	(2)  In SECTION 6 of the bill, in added Section 11(j), 
Article 42.12, Code of Criminal Procedure (page 5, line 15), 
between "felony" and "shall require", insert "under Title V, Penal 
Code,".
