Amend SB 727 in SECTION 10 of the bill, in amended Section 
411.148(k), Government Code (page 14, line 5), by striking 
"acceptance is conditional on the individual providing" and 
substituting "criminal justice agency that agrees to accept custody 
or supervision of the individual shall collect [acceptance is 
conditional on the individual providing]".
