Amend SB 727 (house committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and by 
renumbering existing SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Section 411.146, Government Code, is amended 
by adding Subsection (g) to read as follows:
	(g)  The director shall, immediately after the creation of a 
DNA record based on the sample, destroy a DNA sample collected under 
Section 11(j), Article 42.12, Code of Criminal Procedure, Section 
54.0409, Family Code, or Section 411.148, 411.1471, or 411.1473 of 
this code.
