Amend CSSB 835 in SECTION 1 of the bill, added Section 
1(3)(A), Chapter 397, Acts of the 68th Legislature, Regular 
Session, 1983 (committee printing, page 1, line 35), between 
"closes" and the semicolon, by inserting:

, other than property that the authority purchased from this state 
under Article 8225, Revised Statutes, or that was granted to the 
authority by this state under any general or special Act
