Amend CSSB 855, in SECTION 1 of the bill, immediately 
following added Section 446.153, Local Government Code (committee 
printing, page 12, between lines 60 and 61), by inserting the 
following:
	Sec. 446.1535.  ELECTION DATE.  An election called under 
Section 446.153 must be held on a uniform election date in November 
of an even-numbered year.
