The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSSB 855 (committee printing), on page 16, by striking
line 18 and 19 and inserting the following:
(i) An election called under Section 446.203 must be held on
a uniform election date in November of an even-numbered year.
