Amend SB 865 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  In SECTION 4 of the bill, strike the introductory 
language (page 3, lines 12 and 13) and substitute the following:
	Section 154.130, Family Code, is amended by amending 
Subsections (a) and (b) and adding Subsection (a-1) to read as 
follows:
	(2)  In SECTION 4 of the bill, between amended Sections 
154.130(a) and (b), Family Code (page 3, between lines 23 and 24), 
insert the following:
	(a-1)  If findings under this section are required as a 
result of the request by a party under Subsection (a)(1) or (2), the 
court shall make and enter the findings not later than the 15th day 
after the date of the party's request.
