	Amend SB 870 (House Committee Report) in SECTION 1 of the 
bill, by striking added Section 114.007, Health and Safety Code 
(page 2, line 26 through page 3, line 23), and renumbering 
subsequent sections of amended Chapter 114, Health and Safety Code, 
appropriately.
