Amend SB 891 on third reading as follows:                                    
	(1)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 25.114, 
Education Code (house committee report, page 3, line 3), strike 
"CLASSES." and substitute "CLASSES; CLASS SIZE. (a)".
	(2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 25.114, 
Education Code (house committee report, page 3, between lines 13 
and 14), immediately following Subdivision (2), insert the 
following:
	(b)  If a district establishes a student to teacher ratio 
greater than 45 to 1 in a physical education class, the district 
shall specifically identify the manner in which the safety of the 
students will be maintained.
