System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSSB 968 under Sec. 341.0695, Health and Safety Code, 
by adding the following:
	(i)(4)  An owner, manager, operator, or other attendant in 
charge of a water park that is subject to standards for public pools 
and spas contained in Texas Administrative Code, Title 25, Part 1, 
Chapter 2654, Subchapter L, rule 265.181-265-.208 is exempt from 
this chapter.
