81(R) SB 978 - 2nd reading 1 (H)

	Amend SB 978 (house committee report) as follows:                            
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 372.003(b), 
Local Government Code, in proposed Subdivision (13) of that 
subsection (page 6, line 17), strike "and".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 372.003(b), 
Local Government Code, after proposed Subdivision (14) of that 
subsection (page 7, line 3), strike "[; and" and substitute the 
following:

; and                                                                         
		(15) acquisition, construction, or improvement of a 
rainwater harvesting system
