Amend the Hardcastle amendment to CSSB 1016 (house committee 
printing) as follows:
	(1) On page 2, line 7, between "Texas" and the semi-colon, 
insert "designated by the commission".
	(2) On page 2, line 9, between "Quality" and the semi-colon, 
insert "designated by the commission".
	(3) On page 2, line 11, between "Texas" and the semi-colon, 
insert "designated by the commission".
	(4) On page 2, line 13, between "Board" and the semi-colon, 
insert "designated by the board".
