Amend Amendment No. 12 to CSSB 1016 by Isett by adding the 
following to the end of the amendment:
	(3)  In SECTION 9.03 of the bill, strike added Sections 
12.048(a)(3)-(5), Agriculture Code (page 74, lines 7-13), and 
substitute the following:
		(3)  requests a determination of eligibility for a 
license issued by the department; or
		(4)  is an employee, volunteer, or intern of the 
department, or an applicant to be an employee, volunteer, or intern 
of the department.
