Amend Amendment No. 14 to CSSB 1016 by Hilderbran (barcode 
number 815428) as follows:
	(1)  On page 1, line 2 of the amendment, strike "SECTION" and 
substitute "SECTIONS".
	(2)  At the end of the amendment, insert the following:                        
	SECTION 9.____. Section 13.1011, Agriculture Code, is 
amended by adding Subsection (e) to read as follows:
	(e)  The department shall adopt rules that prohibit the sale 
from a pump of gasoline or diesel fuel that is priced in fractions 
of a cent.
