81(R) SB 1016 - 2nd reading 4 (H)

	Amend Amendment No. 3 to CSSB 1016 by Gattis as follows:                     
	(1)  On page 1, line 16 of the amendment, between 
"corporation" and "that", insert "or community development 
financial institution".
	(2)  On page 2, line 8 of the amendment, between 
"municipality," and "or", insert "community development financial 
institution,".
	(3)  On page 2, line 10 of the amendment, between 
"municipality," and "or", insert "community development financial 
institution,".
	(4)  On page 2, line 20 of the amendment, between 
"municipality," and "or", insert "community development financial 
institution,".
