Amend the Hardcastle amendment to CSSB 1016 (house committee 
printing) as follows:
	(1) On page 1, strike lines 15-19 and renumber subsequent 
Subdivisions accordingly.
	(2) On page 2, line 24, strike "eight" and substitute 
"seven". 
	(3) On page 3, line 5, insert "and".                                    
	(4) On page 3, strike lines 6-7 and substitute:                                
			(G) bio-based electricity generation.                                 
	(5) On page 4, strike lines 22-23 and renumber subsequent 
Subdivisions accordingly. 
	(6) On page 6, line 23, strike "eight" and substitute 
"seven". 
	(7) On page 8, strike lines 12-14 and renumber remaining 
Subdivisions accordingly.
