Amend CSSB 1071 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                      
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, at the end of added Section 
552.0221(c), Government Code (page 1, line 39), strike "Subchapter 
C" and substitute "Subchapter B or C".

	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, at the end of added Section 
552.0221, Government Code (page 1, between lines 39 and 40), insert 
the following new Subsection (d):
	(d)  For purposes of this section, "benefits" does not 
include pension benefits provided to an individual by a pension 
system under the statutory plan covering the individual as a 
member, beneficiary, or retiree of the pension system.
