81(R) SB 1123 - 3rd reading F1 (S)

Amend CSSB 1123 on third reading (Senate committee printing) 
as follows:   
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 90.013(d), 
Civil Practice and Remedies Code (page 1, line 34), strike "Neither 
a" and substitute "A".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 90.013(d), 
Civil Practice and Remedies Code (page 1, line 35), strike "nor" and 
substitute "or a defendant, including".
	(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 90.013(d), 
Civil Practice and Remedies Code (page 1, line 35), strike 
"33.003(a) shall be" and substitute "33.003(a), shall not be".
	(4)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 90.013(d), 
Civil Practice and Remedies Code (page 1, line 36), strike 
"numerically the" and substitute the following:

", or be prohibited from proving through otherwise admissible
