The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend SB 1145 on third reading by adding the following 
SECTION to the bill and renumbering the other SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION 1.  This Act shall be known as the Rod Welsh Act, in 
honor of Rod Welsh, Sergeant-at-Arms of the Texas House of 
Representatives, who is primarily responsible for developing the 
method of folding the state flag of Texas established by this Act.
