81(R) SB 1164 - 2nd reading F1 (S)

Amend CSSB 1164 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of 
the bill as follows:
	(1)  In added Section 411.2031(b), Government Code (page 1, 
line 20), strike "A license holder" and substitute "Subject to any 
applicable rules, regulations, or other provisions established 
under Subsection (e), a license holder".
	(2)  In added Section 411.2031(e), Government Code (page 1, 
line 35), strike "A" and substitute "An institution of higher 
education or".
