	Amend SB 1237 as follows:                                                    
	On page 2, line 3, strike "duties." and insert the following, 
"duties; and"
	On page 2, line 6, after, "state." insert the following:                       
		(3) the juvenile probation officer authorized to carry 
a firearm must be an employee of the juvenile probation department 
for at least five years.
