Amend CSSB 1350 (Senate committee printing) in Section 1 of 
the bill in proposed Sec. 222.131 Transportation Code (page 1, 
lines 31-55), by striking subdivision (7) and substituting the 
following:
		(7)  "Transportation project" means a tolled or 
nontolled highway improvement project.
