Amend SB 1364 (Senate committee printing) on page 1, between 
lines 49 and 50, by inserting the following new SECTION, 
appropriately numbered, and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the 
bill accordingly:
	SECTION __.  Section 29.0821, Education Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (f) to read as follows:
	(f)  Section 25.092 does not apply to a student's attendance 
and nonattendance in a flexible year program under this section.
