Amend CSSB 1389 (Senate committee printing), in SECTION 1 of 
the bill, as follows:
	(1)  In the introductory language (page 1, line 13), strike 
"and (g)" and substitute "(g), and (h)".
	(2)  Immediately following added Section 545.401(g), 
Transportation Code (page 1, between lines 36 and 37), insert the 
following:
	(h)  A person who is subject to prosecution under both this 
section and another section of this or any other code may be 
prosecuted under either or both sections.
