Amend CSSB 1414 in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 
28A.001(2), Water Code (Senate committee printing page 1, lines 
46-47), by striking "shale utilized in the production of bricks or 
clay" and substituting "clay or shale mined for use in 
manufacturing structural clay products".
