Amend CSSB 1431 (Senate committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and 
renumbering remaining SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Section 2308.453, Occupations Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
	Sec. 2308.453.  JURISDICTION.  A hearing under this chapter 
shall be in the justice court having jurisdiction in the precinct 
from [in] which the motor vehicle was towed [storage facility is 
located].
