Amend CSSB 1508 (Senate committee printing), in SECTION 1 of the bill, immediately following added Section 451.0615, Transportation Code (page 2, between lines 11 and 12), by inserting the following new subsection: (f) This section does not apply to an authority in which the principal municipality has a population of more than 1.9 million.
