Amend CSSB 1560 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 3 of
the bill by striking added Section 62.076, Education Code (page 2,
lines 45-48), and substituting the following:
Sec. 62.076. INELIGIBILITY OF CERTAIN INSTITUTIONS
RECEIVING PERMANENT UNIVERSITY FUND SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE. The
University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University are
ineligible to receive money under this subchapter.
