Amend CSSB 1569 (house committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and 
renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Notwithstanding any other provision of this 
Act to the contrary or any other law, on the date that the changes in 
law made by this Act to the Labor Code result in a cost to employers 
that exceeds the amount of money received from the federal 
government for the implementation in this state of unemployment 
compensation provisions of the Assistance for Unemployed Workers 
and Struggling Families Act, Title II of Division B of Public Law 
No 111-5, enacted February 17, 2009, the law as amended by this Act 
reverts to the law in effect immediately before the effective date 
of this Act.
