Amend CSSB 1569, house committee printing, by inserting the 
following new SECTION in the bill, appropriately numbered, and 
renumbering the SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Notwithstanding any other provision of this 
Act, the provisions of the Labor Code amended or added by this  Act 
may be funded only with money received under the unemployment 
compensation provisions of the Assistance for Unemployed Workers 
and Struggling Families Act, Title II of Division B of Public Law 
No. 111-5, enacted February 17, 2009, that exceeds the cumulative 
contributions of the employers of this state to the federal 
unemployment trust fund.
