The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend SB 1586 by adding the following section:                               
	SECTION 4.  This Act does not make an appropriation.  A 
provision in this Act that creates a new governmental program, 
creates a new entitlement, or imposes a new duty on a governmental 
entity is not mandatory during a fiscal period for which sufficient 
funds are not available in the General Revenue-Dedicated Game, Fish 
and Water Account to implement the provisions of this bill."
