Amend SB 1616 (House Committee Report) by adding an 
appropriately numbered Section ____ to read as follows and renumber 
the subsequent sections accordingly:
	SECTION ____. Subchapter G, Chapter 504, Transportation 
Code, is amended by adding Section 504.660 to read as follows:
	Sec. 504.660. SEXUAL ASSAULT AWARENESS LICENSE PLATES. (a) 
The department shall design and issue specialty license plates to 
support victims of sexual assault.
	(b) The license plates must include the words "Speak up.  
Speak out." and an image of a blue ribbon.
	(c) After deduction of the department's administrative 
costs, the remainder of the fee for issuance of the license plates 
shall be deposited to the credit of the sexual assault program fund 
established by Section 420.008, Government Code.
