Amend CSSB 1616 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                      
	(1)  In SECTION 6 of the bill, in added Section 504.802, 
Transportation Code (page 2, line 56), strike "state highway" and 
substitute "general revenue".
	(2)  In the recital to SECTION 7 of the bill (page 2, line 
61), strike "(c), (d),".
	(3)  In SECTION 7 of the bill, in amended Section 504.851(b), 
Transportation Code (page 3, line 12), strike "director" and 
substitute "commission".
	(4)  In SECTION 7 of the bill, in amended Section 504.851, 
Transportation Code, strike Subsection (c) of that section (page 3, 
lines 24-41).
