Amend CSSB 1715 (committee printing) as follows:                             
	(1)  Between the enacting clause and SECTION 1 of the bill, 
on page 1, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following:
	SECTION 1.  This bill is enacted to honor the memory of 
Sephra Burks.        
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 
92.254(a-1), Property Code (page 1, line 28), between "person with 
a" and "disability", insert "hearing-impairment".
	(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in proposed Section 
92.254(a-1), Property Code (page 1, line 29), between "person with 
a" and "disability", insert "hearing-impairment".
	(4)  Renumber the remaining SECTIONS of the bill 
accordingly.
