Amend CSSB 1953 (committee printing) by adding the following 
section and renumbering subsequent sections accordingly:
	Section ____.  APPROVAL BY TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL 
JUSTICE BOARD.  This Act is contingent upon approval by formal 
resolution of the Board.
