81(R) SB 2043 - 2nd reading F1 (S)

Amend CSSB 2043 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                      
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in the heading to added Section 
33.613, Natural Resources Code, between "CLOSURE" and "OF" (page 1, 
line 16), insert "OR MODIFICATION".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 33.613(a), 
Natural Resources Code (page 1, line 18), strike "close a man-made 
pass" and substitute "undertake the closure or modification of a 
man-made pass or its environs".
