	(1)  In SECTION 2(a) of the bill (page 1, line 8), strike "15" 
and substitute "nine".
	(2)  In SECTION 2(a)(2) of the bill (page 1, line 11), strike 
"five" and substitute "two".
	(1)  In SECTION 2(a)(3) of the bill (page 1, line 13), strike 
"five" and substitute "two".
