81(R) SB 2085 - 2nd reading F1 (S)

Amend CSSB 2085 (Senate committee report) as follows:                        
	(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in the introductory language 
(page 1, line 13), strike "Subsections (d) and (e)" and substitute 
"Subsections (d), (e), and (f)".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, following added Section 
255.003(e), Election Code (page 1, between lines 30 and 31), insert 
the following:
	(f)  Subsections (d) and (e) do not apply to a port authority 
or navigation district.
