Amend CSSB 2350 (Senate committee printing) on third reading 
as follows:   
	(1)  On page 1, line 19, strike "funds" and insert 
"restitution";
	(2)  On page 1, line 21, between "if" and ":" insert "the 
court determines that, based on the facts and circumstances of the 
case,";
	(3)  On page 1, line 30, after "67.001." insert "Civil 
penalties, costs or attorneys fees shall not be deposited in this 
account."; and
	(4)  On page 1, line 41, strike "funds" and insert 
"restitution".
