Amend CSSB 2350 (Senate committee report) on third reading in 
SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 67.001, Civil Practice and 
Remedies Code (page 1, lines 22-25), by striking Subdivisions (1) 
and (2) and substituting the following:
		(1)  it is impossible or impracticable to identify 
injured parties;  
		(2)  it is impossible or impracticable to determine the 
degree to which each claimant was injured and entitled to recover; 
or
		(3)  the cost of administering a claim procedure is 
prohibitive due to a low probability of recovery for each claimant.
